- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Entry is subject to the castle’s opening hours and capacity. Please check opening times before your visit.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The castle is a historic building with uneven surfaces and narrow staircases; some areas may have limited accessibility.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or close the site without notice due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of closure, tickets will remain valid for a future visit within the validity period or be refunded.
